Graig Y Rhacca Resource Centre opens café extension

 Graig Y Rhacca Resource Centre held an official opening of the new extension to their café, Ann’s Kitchen on June 3.

This social enterprise was set up nearly three years ago has grown strongly over this time.

Ann’s Kitchen has a five star food hygiene rating and does a regular sandwich delivery as well as selling food to local people with their brand new café facility.

The new facility was officially opened by the mayor of Caerphilly County Borough, Cllr David Carter.

Caerphilly AM, Jeff Cuthbert and Paul Harris, Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent, Paul Harris were also at the opening.

The Café’s opening was also well attended by residents, local businesses, Community Councillors and Communities First staff.
