Four criminals from Caerphilly County Borough recalled to prison for licence breaches

Four men from Caerphilly County Borough have been recalled to prison for breaching the terms of their release licence.

Keiron Card, 19, from Rhymney; Tyler Cook, 19, from Argoed; Anthony Foley, 25, from Aberbargoed and Neil Norman, 33, from Aberbargoed; are all wanted by Gwent Police.

Card was serving a two year prison sentence for burglary after being convicted on May 8 last year and was released on licence on March 14 this year.

He is described as being white, 5ft 11in tall, of medium build, with brown eyes and short black straight hair.

Cook was serving a two and a half year sentence for robbery after being convicted in July 2013 and was released from HMP Parc Prison Bridgend in May 2014.

He is described as five feet eight inches tall, medium build, blue eyes with short light brown hair.

Foley was released from prison on March 10 this year and was serving a one year six month prison sentence for assault occasioning ABH after being convicted on May 28 last year.

He is described as being white, 5ft 8in tall, of medium build with blue eyes and short mousey straight hair. He has “nan” tattooed on his neck.

Norman was released from prison on April 14 this year and was serving a two-year nine-month prison sentence for burglary after being convicted on December 21, 2012.

Norman is described as being five feet eight inches tall, medium build, blue eyes, short dark brown hair. He has the name “Shane” tattooed on his arm and “Kelly” over his thumb
