A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 20-year-old man was found dead in Pontlottyn.
Police were called to a house on Mount Street just before 5pm yesterday, August 26, and discovered the body.
A Gwent Police spokeswoman said: “His death is being treated as unexplained at this time.
“Two local men have been arrested in connection with the incident.”
A 24-year-old was arrested on suspicion murder and a 30-year-old was arrested on suspicion of supplying controlled drugs.
They are both currently in custody.
