Police are looking for a 26-year-old man from New Tredegar in relation to an assault in Phillipstown in June.
Gwent Police want to speak to Michael Owen George Stenner about the assault on Penrhyn Terrace on June 18.
Stenner is described as being white, approximately 5ft 10 inches tall, of slim build, with short dark hair.
