A 28-year-old Newport man has been charged with child abduction after an incident in Caerphilly town.
The incident, involving a 14-year-old girl, took place in the car park of supermarket Morrisons on Thursday January 8.
A Gwent Police spokeswoman said a man from Newport will appear before Newport Magistrates’ Court on January 29.
