Family pay tribute to “caring” Paul Mills who died in A468 crash

News | | Published: 09:44, Wednesday October 7th, 2015.

Tributes have been paid to a “caring” father-of-two from Ystrad Mynach who died in a car crash that has left his ‘childhood sweetheart heartbroken’.

Paul Mills, 41, died on September 26 after the Mitsubishi Lancer he was driving crashed on the A468 between Rhiwderin and Lower Machen.

A tribute released by his family said: “Paul was a devoted father of two young children who was at his happiest doing the school runs each day, taking bike rides with the children and watching family movies every Thursday.

“He also leaves his childhood sweetheart and partner of 25 years heartbroken, as well as all his family and friends.

“His personality would light up a room and he would always have a funny story or an interesting fact to share with everybody. He was kind, funny and very caring.

“We will forever miss and love him.”

No other vehicle was involved in the incident.
