A Caerphilly man has died after a car crash in Monmouthshire yesterday, October 12.
The pedestrian who was killed in the incident on the A4042 at Llanellen Bridge has been named by police as 37-year-old Gavin Horne, from the Caerphilly area.
The fatal collision happened at around 11.50am.
