Bargoed RFC have begun preparations for life in the Principality Premiership by confirming ten new signings ahead of the new campaign.

As well as announcing new contracts for each of the current playing squad, the Blues have signed ten new players, including former Dragons prop Anthony Lott, Senghenydd RFC centre Lewis Bowden and former youth players Alex Herbert, James Hallett, and Dai Evans, who makes the switch back to union from rugby league and the South Wales Scorpions.
