Mindless idiots to carry out such an act – unfortunately Phillipstown has become like Penrhys in the Rhondda – a village on the hillside with no police presence.
The community needs to speak out and identify the offenders ( they will know who they are ).

We are paying for 3 tier police service from PCs, CPOs and council wardens and we are not getting no service, time to go back to a one tier and have value for money.
