Power Athletics is Caerphilly’s only performance facility.

Established in 2015 we have gone from strength-to-strength.

In late 2016 we created one of the UK’s first Hybrid Facilities combining weightlifting with strength and conditioning.

With the addition of CrossFit Affiliation early this year, we’ve combined every type of training under one roof and one membership.

We pride ourselves on coaching and boost an array of top coaches from within the area. With over ten degrees, four masters, five coaches working within a professional sport, one Commonwealth Games athlete, a Welsh Bodybuilding Champion and over 50 plus years of combined coaching experience, we’re sure you won’t find a more knowledgeable facility.

We’ve attracted some of the biggest names in professional sport to our facility which include British and Irish Lions captain Sam Warburton, Welsh rugby internationals and Dragons players Cory Hill, Elliot Dee, Leon Brown, Tyler Morgan, Ollie Griffiths, Hallam Amos and two-time Paralympic gold medallist and world record holder Aled Davies.

We run over 20 coached classes per week which include CrossFit PA, PA Hybrid, Olympic Lifting and PA Barbell all within our 8,000sq ft facility.
