Caerphilly Town Mayor Mike Prew has launched his charity appeal for the coming year at Caerphilly RFC recently.
Cllr Prew, who represents the Tonyfelin Community Ward, has named The Autism Directory and Noah’s Ark as the charity beneficiaries for this year’s firework display, taking place at Caerphilly Castle on November 3.
Cllr Prew said: “Both charities are very close to my heart and I would like to thank everybody for their support. I hope we can make a fantastic contribution to the work of both charities from the people of Caerphilly.”
