A road in Caerphilly town has reopened after it was closed due to flooding following heavy overnight rain.
A Facebook user posted a picture showing the Lansbury link road flooded near the Van Road roundabout at around 12.40am this morning, Sunday, September 29.
The road was reopened later on Sunday afternoon at around 4pm.
There were several abandoned cars when Caerphilly Observer visited the area at around 9.30am and the Scouring Brook, which runs underneath the flooded area, was fast flowing.
