Simon and Garfunkel tribute at Blackwood Miners’ Institute

A Simon and Garfunkel tribute group is coming to Blackwood

A tribute to the American folk-rock duo Simon and Garfunkel is coming to Blackwood Miners’ Institute.

The Simon and Garfunkel Story charts the rise to fame of the duo, whose hit songs include The Sound of Silence, Mrs Robinson, Cecilia, Homeward Bound, The Boxer and Bridge over Troubled Water.

The show combines huge projection photos, original film footage and a full live band performing all the hits.

Simon and Garfunkel are one of the best-selling music groups of the 1960s, with more than 100 million records sold.

The show will start at 7.30pm on Saturday, November 9.
