Police are investigating after a heart defibrillator was damaged on Blackwood High Street.
The defibrillator, which is located outside Maxime Cinema, was damaged on January 5.
The potentially-life saving equipment can be used to help someone who is having a heart attack.
Police have said they want to speak with the person pictured in connection with the incident.
