Missing 83-year-old Blackwood woman found

An 83-year-old woman from Blackwood who was reported missing has been found “safe and well”, Gwent Police has confirmed.

The show will star multi-award winning Elvis tribute act Gordon Davis.

A man who died in hospital after being assaulted in Blackwood has been named as 33-year-old Shane Jones.

The man was taken to hospital where he later died from his injuries.

The man was walking along Park Road at around 10pm on Thursday, January 9 when he was reportedly approached by two people.
