Caerphilly Town Council to discuss Welsh Independence

If the motion is passed, the Plaid Cymru-run town council would be the first in south Wales to support leaving the UK.

The event, which will be held on Sunday, July 14, will begin at 10am and finish at 8pm.

The event, which saw a fan-made replica of the Iron Throne from Game of Thrones come to Caerphilly, was held to raise money for The Autism Directory.

A barbecue is being held on at 12pm on Saturday, July 13 to raise money for upgrades to the scouts sheds near Aber railway station.

The raid was carried out by specialist officers along with officers from the Bargoed Neighbourhood Team, who led the operation.

Work will be carried out overnight on Monday, July 22 between 7pm and 6am and Tuesday, July 23 between 7pm and 6am.
