Rachel Jenkins was sentenced alongside Callum Ryan for drug-related offences

A Rhymney woman has been sentenced for class A drug supply and possession.

Rachel Jenkins, 34, from the Rhymney area appeared at Cardiff Crown Court on December 8 where she plead guilty to being in possession with the intent to supply cocaine, the supply of cocaine and possession of MDMA and was sentenced to three years and two months in prison.

Jenkins appeared alongside Callum Ryan, 30, from the Ebbw Vale area who was sentenced to four years in prison for drug-related offences.

The officer in the case, Detective Constable Michael Coles said: “Illegal drugs have no place in our society, we will continue to target anyone involved in drug supply. We encourage people to continue to report any such concerns so we can take action.”
