A 52-year-old man has been arrested in London on suspicion of burglary after £37,000 worth of gaming computers went missing last month.

A unit on Dyffryn Business Park, Ystrad Mynach, was broken into at some point between 3am and 3.30am on Thursday, November 24.

Three people, said to have been wearing balaclavas and grey tracksuits, reportedly forced their way into the unit before stealing around 22 ‘high-end’ MSI gaming laptops.

Gwent Police has been investigating the burglary and carried out a search warrant at a property in the Leyton area of London on Tuesday morning.

The man has since been released on conditional bail as police continue their enquiries.
