The death of a 45-year-old man who was found unresponsive near a roundabout in Crosskeys is not being treated as suspicious, Gwent Police has confirmed.

The man was found near the Full Moon roundabout, with Gwent Police called at around 3.40pm on Friday, December 30.

Police attended along with paramedics from the Welsh Ambulance Service, who confirmed the man has died.

In a statement, Gwent Police said the man’s next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.

The statement added: “There will be no further police involvement.”
