The crash happened on the A467 between Newbridge and Crumlin lights

Police enquiries into a crash which saw three people taken to hospital are ongoing.

The collision, which involved two cars, happened along the A467 between McDonald’s in Newbridge and Crumlin lights.

The road was closed at around 6pm on Friday July 28 following the crash, reopening at around 3am on Saturday July 29.

No one suffered life-threatening injuries, Gwent Police confirmed.
