Gerwyn Price has reached the second round of the World Grand Prix after an opening night victory over Danny Noppert.
Price, from Markham, won two straight sets to see off the Dutchman 2-0 in Leicester on Monday October 2.
Poland’s Krzysztof Ratajski, who knocked James Wade out of the competition, awaits Price in the second round on Wednesday October 4.
Price won the competition back in 2020 – with £600,000 prize money up for grabs this time around.
The event concludes on Sunday October 8.
