Two women, aged 21 and 30, were taken to hospital following an incident in Caerphilly town centre over the weekend.
Three men, aged 27, 31, and 34, were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder, Gwent Police confirmed.
It happened on Cardiff Road at around 2am on Sunday October 8.
The three men have since been released under conditional bail.
