Cascade Ladies have bounced back after two defeats to beat Camarthen Town Women 5-0 in the Welsh Cup.
The visitors would have been full of confidence heading into the game, off the back of a 23-0 win last week – albeit against lower ranked opposition.
Cascade took care of business however when the pair met at the Centre for Sporting Excellence on Sunday October 15.
An early goal from Sophie Whittle set the tone, assisted by Erin Parry, before the hosts quickly doubled their lead through Annaliese Lewis, who is always a threat for Cascade.

Whittle grabbed her second soon after that and Cascade were 3-0 up inside 15 minutes. Another assist for Parry.
There was an equally fast start to the second-half for the hosts, who play in the Ardan South, captain Lewis grabbed her brace, assisted by Molly Chapman.
Camarthen managed to keep it at four for a while, before a late penalty gave Lauren Boyd a chance to round-off the day, which she did.

That was a much needed win for Cascade, who progress to round two of the Welsh Cup. They return to league action next weekend where they face Cwmbran Celtic on the road.
