Price, from Markham, will face either William O’Connor or Mickey Mansell in his opening game in Rosmalen.
The competition concludes on Sunday May 26, with the winner pocketing the £30,000 top prize.
Meanwhile, fellow Welsh star Jonny Clayton will also be at the competition, and will open up against a yet-to-be-decided Dutch qualifier.
