Police want to find a van driver who allegedly failed to stop when asked to do so by officers.
The incident happened on Rhymney Lane, Pontllanfraith, at around midday on Friday May 31.
The man, police say, was driving a white Ford Transit van.
Gwent Police has launched an appeal to find the man pictured, who it believes may be able to help with enquiries.
