Two people have been arrested following a police drug raid in Crumlin.

A man and woman, both in their 30s, were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.

A search warrant was carried out by Gwent Police at a house on Mining School Close on Tuesday June 4.

Drugs, drugs paraphernalia, and cash were seized by police from inside the house.

The pair have since been released under investigation as enquiries continue.
