The crash, which involved one car, happened between Penrhos roundabout and Trecenydd roundabout

A man and a woman were taken to hospital after a car crashed on the A468 in Caerphilly over the weekend.

The crash, which involved a white Ford Fiesta, happened at around 1.15am on Sunday June 9.

Gwent Police officers, as well as paramedics from the Welsh Ambulance Service, were in attendance, with both people, aged 20, being taken to hospital for treatment.

Anyone driving between the Penrhos roundabout and Trecenydd roundabout at that time can call Gwent Police on 101 with any information.

Gwent Police can also be contacted through social media, quoting log reference number 2400189563.

Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111.
