A convicted kidnapper is wanted back behind bars following his release from prison

Gwent Police has launched an appeal to find 38-year-old Austin Edwards, from Wyllie.

Edwards was handed a two-year prison sentence for kidnapping in September last year, but has since been released on licence.

However, Gwent Police has said Edwards has breached the conditions of his release, and is now wanted back in prison.

The force does not disclose what the licence conditions were, or what conditions have been broken.
