Caerphilly Council’s festive food bank appeal is back for 2024

Caerphilly County Borough Council has relaunched its annual festive food bank appeal.

The council is appealing to residents, staff and local businesses for donations to support local food banks and communities this Christmas.

Last year, the appeal raised more than £13,000, which was given to food banks across the borough.

The Council is collecting cash donations as part of this year’s appeal, which aims to help food banks and community groups buy the supplies they desperately need.

Visit the council’s website to make a donation.

For more information on local food banks, contact the council’s Caerphilly Cares team on caerphillycares@caerphilly.gov.uk or 01443 811490.
