Caerphilly will be hosting a comedy festival this spring, with four days of comedy across the town – culminating in a grande finale at Caerphilly Workmen’s Hall.

The Caerphilly Comedy Festival is being held between April 15 and April 18.

The finale event will include live stand-up performances from Rachel Fairburn – known for her podcast All Killa No Filla and her appearances on Live at the Apollo – as well as Alan Davies of As Yet Untitled, Richard Osman’s House of Games, The Russell Howard Hour, and Comedy Central Live.

The show will start at 7:30pm on Saturday April 18, bringing a mix of humour and storytelling from a range of comedians, including Steffan Evans – known for his witty humour about his Welsh identity – and local talent Tommy Smith.

As part of the wider Caerphilly Cheese Comedy Weekender, the festival serves as an extended celebration of the local creative culture bringing together food, comedy, live entertainment whilst giving a platform to its creatives for residents to enjoy.

Visit the Caerphilly Workmen’s Hall website for more information or to buy tickets.
