Police in Callington, Cornwall, describe Benney as white, 5ft 7in tall, with a thin-medium build. He has dark brown-black hair and brown eyes.

He has a tattoo on his right arm with the inscription ‘Benny’ in gothic script, and speaks with a Welsh accent.
