Firework displays across Caerphilly County Borough

There are plenty of places to enjoy a fireworks display tonight if you can’t make it to the Caerphilly Castle fireworks.

The ‘Fly pub in Bedwas is holding a free display from 6.30pm where families can watch the fireworks from the safety of the pub’s elevated beer garden. There will also be a giant bonfire.

Blackwood RFC will be holding its annual bonfire celebration at Glan Yr Afon Park at 7pm (gates open 6pm). Tickets cost £3 for adults and £2 for children under 16. Concessions are also available for pensioners and families.

Rudry Parish Hall’s display will begin at 7pm (gates open 6pm) with tickets costing £2 for adults and £1 for children.

Cwmcarn Forest Visitor Centre will host a Bonfire Night walk starting at 6.30pm. The walk will head to Twmbarlwm, from where walkers can enjoy the sight of firework displays right across the area.

The walk costs £5 for adults and £4 concessions. Booking is required and can be arranged by calling 01495 272001.
