The A469 Angel Way will be closed to traffic for three days next week to allow essential repair works to the road bridge.
The closure will be in place from the junction with Gwerthonor Place to the junction with the Cross Valley Link Road, for an overall distance of about 1.75 kilometres.
It is expected the closure, subject to weather conditions, will begin on Wednesday December 1 for no more than three days.
An alternative route will be signed via Gwerthonor Place, Park Place, Cardiff Road, the link road to the A469 Angel Way and vice versa.
