Charity Disability CAN DO, which provides an advice, support and information service to disabled people, is holding a week-long roadshow.
From Monday July 15 to Friday July 22, the charity, equipped with a display van will visit different places to publicise and provide information and support to those that need it most.
Some of the organisation’s services include welfare support, form-filling assistance and help with complaints and access issues. The charity also benefits carers, offering practical, financial and emotional support.
On Monday July 15, the roadshow will begin by visiting Abertysswg, Fochriw and Deri. The campaign will then continue at New Tredegar, Aberbargoed and Geligaer during Tuesday.
Wednesday’s stops include Pontllanfraith and Maesycwmmer and Thursday’s visits consist of Newbridge, Crosskeys and Risca. Finally, the roadshow will be at various locations in Caerphilly town on Friday.
The van will stop at each location for up to three hours, setting up its displays in car parks, community centres and supermarkets.
