Home-Start, a charity which supports vulnerable parents, is offering free legal advice with solicitors JNP Legal.
Melanie Snowden, manager at Home-Start Caerphilly, said: “There are so many pressures on young families now since the welfare cuts and there is a real lack of free legal advice out there for families on a low income.
“In too many cases, vulnerable people who need legal advice are left waiting weeks, which can lead to all sorts of issues.”
