The driver of a minibus involved in a crash which killed a cyclist has been charged with death by dangerous driving.
Cyclist Owain Richard James, 30, from Oakdale, was taken to the University Hospital of Wales Cardiff with serious injuries following the collision on the A472 at Newbridge on Sunday July 21 this year but later died.
A 43-year-old Blackwood man was arrested on suspicion of death by dangerous driving and has now been charged.
He has been bailed to appear at Caerphilly Magistrates’ Court on December 12.
