Bedwas pie-maker Peter’s Food Service has made two new appointments to boost its marketing department.

Claire Conway, 26, joins the company from South Wales Police in the new role of marketing manager.

She will be responsible for developing Peter’s public relations, digital marketing and internal communications strategy.

Former marketing executive Owain Jones, who has been with the firm for four yours, takes on the new role of commercial executive.

    Great! I'm glad they've come from proper walks of life and haven't just graduated witht a degree in 'Marketing' it shows such a degree is useless in the real world of marketing.
