Caerphilly Council are proposing introducing car parking charges at Penallta Parc, Sirhowy Park, Cwm Darren, Penyfan and others. Do you agree with such charges? Have your say! Are the country parks not already budgeted for out of our taxes? SAY NO to car parking charges.
