Police are appealing for information following a break in at A Taste of India Take Away, High Street, Pentwynmawr, on Monday January 5.

Two men broke through the door at about 11.45pm when the premises were empty and searched the till area. Nothing was stolen.

It is believed the two men were seen getting into a silver people carrier, which was parked outside the Three Horseshoes pub, and drove off.

If anyone has any information or recognises the man police would like to speak to in connection with the incident they are asked to call Gwent Police on 101 quoting log number 511 5/1/15
