Staff at Caerphilly-based PHS Group have raised more than £1,300 for charity by doing a 100-mile bike ride.

A team of six workers rode the distance from the firm’s headquarters on the Western Industrial Estate, near Caerphilly town, to a call centre in Ammanford in Carmarthenshire.

The money raised will go to charity 2Wishuponastar, which helps recently bereaved parents as well as improving bereavement services at hospitals throughout South Wales.

Donations are still being accepted at www.justgiving.com/lara-llanelly.
