St James Primary in Caerphilly town has benefited from a cash injection thanks to an environmental grant scheme from Keep Wales Tidy and Tesco.
The pupil-led Eco Committee invested the £500 grant funding into the purchase of compost bins and litter pickers.
The additional equipment will help the pupils to enhance their allotment area.
