Former pupils of Lewis Girls’ School in Ystrad Mynach and Blackwood Comprehensive School are being sought to inspire current pupils.
The scheme is part of Future First, to set up networks of former students or alumni whose talents can be harnessed to support today’s students.
More than 100,000 former students across Britain have already signed up to stay connected with their old school and inspire current pupils.
