Blackwood dog grooming school welcomes international student

An award-winning dog grooming business welcomed a student from Bermuda onto its six week residential grooming course.

Coleen Smith and Lesley Taylor, an ex-pat living in France took part in the course at Blackwood-based Classic Canine Cuts.

Owner Claire Hyde said: “I am delighted and flattered people are prepared to travel so far for our courses.

“We also receive positive feedback about the number of local attractions which students visit during their stay such as Caerphilly Castle and the Big Pit.”
