An elderly woman has died less than a week after four men broke into her house demanding cash.
Gwent Police said the robbery happened on January 5 when the men broke into the house in Halls Road Terrace in Crosskeys and left with “a quantity of cash”.
A 42-year-old man from the Rochdale area has been arrested on suspicion of robbery.
A spokesman for Gwent Police said: “We are not treating the death as suspicious and inquiries into the robbery are ongoing.”
