Police are appealing for information following damage caused to the children’s play area at Abertysswg Primary School on Walter Street on Sunday, December 17.
Bottles were smashed in the area and damage was caused to toys and play equipment.
Parents are being asked by police to remind their children not to enter school grounds during the evening or on weekends.
Gwent Police said anyone found to be in the area without permission will be dealt with accordingly.
