£500 worth of damage caused after pane of glass smashed at Morrisons supermarket in Caerphilly

Police are appealing for information after a pane of glass was smashed at Morrisons in Caerphilly on Boxing Day.

Around £500 of damage was caused and police would like to speak with the person pictured in the CCTV image above.

Anyone with information can call 101, quoting log 135 26/12/17 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

    Two weeks after this crime had taken place the police are asking for witness, disgracefull. I doubt people can remember what they did two days ago let alone two weeks. Serious questions need to be asked regarding the police in Caerphilly, where are they? One that springs to mind. Where are the CPOs and where are the lower tier those council wardens? It seems no one is on the beat anymore. I think we should ask for a council tax refund for these useless services.

          Christmas and the new years holidays doesnt stop the police sending out Speed Camera vans. Maybe if they spent more time on Real crimes instead o f targeting the poor motorists Caerphilly would be a much safer place, paul
