West End star coming to Caerphilly

The Phantom of the Opera star Peter Karrie will be coming to Caerphilly Workmen’s Hall

West End star Peter Karrie will be coming to Caerphilly Workmen’s Hall on Saturday, December 14.

Karrie, 73, who was born in Bridgend, has starred in a variety of musicals, most notably The Phantom of the Opera.

He has also starred in musicals such as Les Miserables, where he played Jean Valjean.

Other roles played by Karrie include Argentine revolutionary Che Guevara in the first UK tour of Evita, as well as Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar and actor James Dean in Dean.

Doors open at 7pm while the event starts at 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £10 in advance or £12 on the door, subject to availability.

Under 18s will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult as the hall is fully licensed.
