Caerphilly Business Club is urging businesses and entrepreneurs across Caerphilly County Borough to sign up to a £275,000 business support scheme delivered by leading regional experts.

We are collaborating with co-working specialist Town Square Spaces Ltd and the Welsh Innovation Centre for Enterprise to provide a range of assistance through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) and Caerphilly County Borough Council.

Throughout 2024, the program will offer events, training, and support to boost local start-ups, freelancers, and existing businesses in the Caerphilly borough – helping them grow and create jobs while stimulating the local economy.

Support includes workshops; one-on-one coaching on topics like marketing and financial planning; expos for businesses to showcase products and services; and networking to connect partners, suppliers, and customers.

TownSq will also create co-working spaces, giving freelancers and small businesses flexible working opportunities across Caerphilly, through its Cowork Local initiative.

We will be running our usual networking breakfasts, with these additional free events, sponsored by the SPF Fund (breakfast included).

• Feb 22 – Blackwood Business Networking Breakfast at Blackwood Miners’ Institute 7.30am to 9am.

• Date to be Confirmed – Caerphilly Manufacturing Networking Event at Atlantic Service Company 9.30am to 11am.

• April 25 Risca Business Networking Breakfast at Risca RFC 7.30am to 9am.

• July 25 – Bargoed Business Networking Breakfast at Murray’s 7.30am to 9am.

If you would like to participate in our events or would like to obtain further information on gaining access to the SPF programme please email us admin@caerphillybusinessclub.wales or call us on 02922 740 200.

We’re all about igniting the entrepreneurial spirit throughout the Caerphilly borough.
