Councillor set for second stint as county borough mayor

Pontllanfraith councillor Mike Adams has been appointed Caerphilly County Borough mayor, taking over from Cllr Liz Aldworth.

The move is part of the Welsh Government’s Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan.
