Gerwyn Price has discovered who his potential opponents could be as he gears up for the PDC World Darts Championships in December.
2021 world champion Price, from Markham, will enter the competition in the second round on Sunday December 15, where he will face the winner of the first round clash between Belgium’s Kim Huybrechts and Irishman Keane Barry.
Price currently sits tenth in the PDC Order of Merit following a disappointing 2024, but will be hoping to prove his talent at the Alexandra Palace this winter.
The competition will take place in London between December 15 and January 3.
Meanwhile, 27-year-old Rhys Griffin, from Llanbradach – ranked 122nd on the Order of Merit – will be entering the competition in the first round, where he takes on Czech Republic’s Karel Sedlacek, who is ranked 68th in the world.
That match will be played on Saturday December 21.
